The child seeking admission shall complete 3 Years of age as on 31st July of that year. (Application form for Junior K.G. & Senior K.G. can be availed at the school office as per the availability of seats)
Submission of Application form: Online application form will be available from the school website (www.christacademy.co.in), which shall be duly filled and submitted online. The printout of the same with signature and Photo (affixed) shall be submitted to the School office along with the following.1) Photostat copy of birth certificate. 2) Photostat copy of other relevant documents (For reservation if applicable refer reservation details) and 3) Rs. 700/- (cash) for application form.
Note:Confirmation of admission shall be checked online with the ‘submission number’ provided from the Office (date will be intimated from the office). Fee details can be collected from the office during the submission of application.
Registration:After confirmation of admission, registration form will be provided from the School Office which shall be duly filled and submitted along with the fee (DD in favour of CARMEL PRE-SCHOOL) on prescribed date. Original Birth Certificate, Family Photo, Copy of ADHAR Card of Student, Copy of PAN Card of parent to be attached and Blood Group report of the child.
Reservations: a) Minority reservation (Christian-baptism certificate to be submitted) b) Siblings (Xerox copy of the ID card to be submitted). c) 5% reservation for project affected. (Copy of relevant document to be submitted) d) 5% reservation for students staying adjacent to the School (Koparkhairne Sector: 14, 16, 17, 22 & 23). (Copy of relevant documents such as Electricity, Agreement/Leave and License etc., to be submitted)
a) Standard I to X: Application form will be available from the school office as per the availability of the seats.
b) Candidates for admission shall have to appear for a proficiency test.
c) For an admission to be finalised, pupils shall produce the birth certificate either from Municipality or Gram Panchayath or Transfer Certificate from the last school attended, Family Photo, Copy of ADHAR Card of Student, Copy of PAN Card of parent to be attached and Blood Group report of the child.
d) Christian minority students shall submit the baptism certificate along with other documents.
e) Candidates can either pay full yearly fee or annual fees in two instalments for the confirmation of admission (details are displayed on the notice board). Admission fees once paid will not be refunded.
f) Students from schools outside the Thane District shall have their Leaving Certificate countersigned by the Education Officer of that District.
g) No child less than five and half years of age (as on 31st July, 2017) will be admitted to standard First. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the succeeding standards.
